Take Route 4 River Road exit in Teaneck. Follow ramp, then make a left onto exit road.
At light, turn right to River Road.  Follow River Rd. past Cedar Lane (traffic light) to North St.
(3rd street on the left). Turn left on North St. up the hill to Larch Ave.

Meditate on a word, a sound, both.

Nine-Month Return to the Old Neighborhood
Am I being punished for my arrogance?
Somehow I like that thought.
However, it could also be an excuse to slip back into the old neighborhood.
Yet since I turned 80, I have been besieged by a catalogue of miseries, or at least annoyances—all, I believe, created in my own imagination. But nevertheless, they are “imagined,” they are all happening, or at least I am making them come true. I am brining my artistic creations into being, into fruition, even though all of them are a bunch of miseries.
Can I be thankful that my artistic brain creates such miseries “in order to protect me from greater fears” as s Sarno would explain?
